These run one size larger, so we suggest selecting one full size down from your regular size.

UK sizing is unisex sizing:

• UK 4 = US men's 5 = US women's 6-6.5

So, if you usually wear a women's 6 or 6.5, then we'd suggest selecting UK 3!

For example: I usually wear US women's 9, and I fit the UK 6 perfectly.
