          • Some card issuing banks do not enforce this security feature, which will cause the transaction to fail immediately
              • We apologize in advance for the inconvenience, however, we encourage you to try again with a different card
              • Express checkout available - limited to international orders

              ATM | Bank Transfer

              • Limited to Taiwan domestic bank transfers
              • Your order will subsequently be cancelled if this option is selected for an INTL order
                • Please notify us at if you need an international shipment, but will be completing the payment from a Taiwan bank


              Taiwan ATM / bank transfer instructions:

              1. Please use your order number as the transfer payment reference.
              2. After completing the payment, send a copy of your payment confirmation to

              • All orders, domestic & international, will ship with tracking information.
              • Sale items or promo code use are final sale - not eligible for return/exchange.
                • All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days (UTC+8).
                  • Delivery times may vary and is based on the shipping courier.
                    • We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit once it has been picked up by the shipping courier.
                      • Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages.
                        DOMESTIC DELIVERY


                          • Domestic Orders are shipped via T-CAT courier.
                            • At this time, we do not offer shipping to convenience stores.

                                  • All International Orders are shipped via UPS.
                                    • All additional taxes, customs, & import duties levied by the customer’s local government are the responsibility of the customer.

                                          R E T U R N S

                                            If for any reason an item does not work out for you, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your package.

                                            To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be returned in the same condition it was received: all items must be unwashed and unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging

                                              • The original cost of shipping will not be included in your refund.
                                              • Please select your own method of shipping for returning the item(s) and bear the return shipping cost.
                                              • It is recommended to use a shipping service that provides tracking information.

                                                Refunds will be issued once the product has been received and reviewed. We aim to process returns within 3-5 days of receiving the item(s).
