Paying with Card:

We accept major credit & debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, & JCB.

We use TapPay as our payment service provider (PSP). They secure all transaction details using 2048-bit SLL certificate - we do not save any of your card details. TapPay is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant. We have 3D secure authentication activated for the security of our customers.

Note: Some card-issuing banks do not enforce 3D secure authentication, which will cause the transaction to fail immediately. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience; however, we encourage you to try again with a different card.


Some items will temporarily ship from the United States

General Info

  • All orders, domestic & international, will ship with tracking information.

  • Final sale items are ineligible for returns or exchanges.

  • We aim to ship your orders within 2-5 business days (UTC+8). Delivery times are dependent on the shipping courier. Due to COVID-19, delivery times may be delayed. We thank you for your understanding.

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they leave our studio with the third-party shipping courier - do not hesitate to email us if you run into any issues - we will do our best to assist.

  • Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order, as we cannot reroute packages.

Domestic Delivery

  • Domestic orders ship via T-CAT or Chunghwa Post.

  • At this time, we do not offer shipping to convenience stores. Feel free to email us if you require a special request for convenience store delivery.

International Delivery

  • All International Orders ship via UPS or EMS - your shipping confirmation email will specify the shipping courier and include your tracking number

  • Note: any additional taxes, customs, & import duties levied by the customer's local government are the customer's responsibility.


You may request a return, and you must ship back the returned items within seven days of receiving your package. All items must be shipped back in their original condition: brand new, unwashed, unused, original tags attached, with their original packaging.

  • The original cost of shipping will not be reflected in your refund total.

  • You may choose your shipping method for returning the item(s) - please bear the return shipping cost.

  • We recommend using a shipping service that includes a tracking number.

We aim to process returns within 3-5 days of receiving the item(s). We will issue the refund once the items have been reviewed and confirmed for eligibility. You will receive a refund confirmation email when the refund has been processed.
